About
Division of Nuclear Medicine promotes medical research using PET (Positron Emission Tomography) in Research Center for Accelerater and Radioisotope Science (RARIS), Tohoku University. The division is associated with Graduate School of Medicine and accepts both domestic and foreign students/researchers. Both Master's and Doctoral courses are given.

- The Cyclotron and Radioisotope Center was integrated with the Research Center for Electron Photon Science on April 1, 2024, to form the "Research Center for Accelerator and Radioisotope Science (RARIS). Consequently, the name of the research division has been changed to the "Division of Nuclear Medicine."
